All participants must arrive in Troy before the opening session and will not be allowed to depart from the forum before the closing ceremony.

DELEGATE QUALIFICATIONS: Delegate must be a high school student in good standing (*to enter Grades 10, 11, or 12 in fall 2018, but have not turned age 19 by the start of Forum, and must turn 15 years old by 9/1/18), must have demonstrated leadership qualities, must have sense of personal responsibility in their school, church and community service, are interested in discovering their natural leadership abilities, developing their leadership skills, and improving the capacity for taking effective action individually and in groups, and must have good academic standing. Troy University is a Tobacco Free Facility. Delegates cannot smoke at any time at the Forum. DO NOT BRING VALUABLES (jewelry, laptop, iPod, etc.) ||

TRANSPORTATION: ALHSLF takes place on the Troy University Campus in Troy, Alabama. Arrangements for travel to and from the ALHSLF are the responsibility of the delegate. Parents of delegates may choose to provide transportation or allow the delegate to drive themselves. (Delegates who drive themselves will not be allowed to drive during the Forum and must turn their keys upon arrival and will receive a parking pass.) Troy University or a Lions Club may provide transportation, but a parent’s written permission must be obtained by the Lions Club for those arrangements. Please indicate on this form whether you would like to ride a Troy University bus. Troy Bus details will be communicated directly to those who sign up during the week of the Forum through the contact information provided above.
